VERY IMPORTANT AND FINAL NOTICE  14^TH OF APRIL IS THE LAST DAY FOR HOTEL RESERVATION

                                

We would like to inform you that the preparations for the Championships are going well.

 

                  WEEKEND GENERAL SCHEDULE

                         THURSDAY  22 .-

               FRIDAY 23^rd.

Official Registration for competitors and Officials (FRIDAY)

Only at Official hotel Lobby- from 2.30 p.m. to 8.00 p.m.

 You will need to bring:

1.     Passport of your country and EKKO passport.

2.     Medical Certificate ( in English).

3.     Personal information form.

4.     One passport photo (in gi)

5.     Your karate-gi

6.     Personal insurence.

7.     VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE: THERE WILL BE AN ANTIDOPING CONTROL THAT ALL THE COMPETITORS MUST ACCEPT WITH ALL THEIR CONSECUENCES.

 

You will have to sign:

1.     Waiver Form

2.     Anti-doping test Agreement.

 

You will receive:

1.     Zekken

2.     I.D.Card

3.     Championships Schedulle.

 

Deadline of Competitors´ Registration

8.00 p.m. if you are going to be late, please let us know it.

 

11,30-13,00 Official reception  at Vitoria Town Hall

 

16,00-18,30 Referees and Judges course .

17,00 Press Conference. At  Official Hotel.

19,00-20,30 Ekko General Meeting, at Hotel Canciller Ayala

20,30-22,30 Supper

 

Organizing Meeting and Drawing

Official hotel Lobby at  23,30 hours.

8,00          Leaving hotel for sport hall (Competitors and officials)bus.

8,30         DOORS OPEN, Arrival, preparations for the First Round Fights

9,00         The First Round Fights. Untill the best 8.

12,15      Children Demo.

12,30      Quarter Finals.

13,30-     Break,  lunch, at Restaurante Mendizorroza, 5 minutes from the Sport Hall ( just for those that took the official pack from the Organisation)

 

15,45  All the fighters must be ready in their gis for official open ceremony

16,00 Opening ceremony and official presentation of the European Kyokushin Karate Championship.

Speches by Kancho Matsui, Shihan Loek Hollander, Shihan Antonio Pinero and Org.comittee member.

Closing ceremony and official photos.

Trophies for the best 8 at each category.
