COST OF HOTEL

The fee per person will be 215 Euros. (For two nights in a double room)

In this amount is include: Entrance on Friday and leaving Sunday.

Plus:

Supper on Friday night.

Breakfast on Saturday

Lunch on Saturday.

Sayonara party plus free ticket to a disco plus ( one free drink).

Transportation From Bilbao Airport to Vitoria and return to Airport (80 Km).

Sunday Breakfast.

 

For double room but only one person in room: 285 Euros.

The same offer as above.

THERE IS NOT POSSIBLE TRIPPLES ROOMS.

And shall be paid by each participant during registration at Org.committee check in desk at the hotel.

Double room. 65 EUROS PER PERSON AND DAY (BREAKFAST INCLUDED)

Double room (1 person) . . . .100 EUROS PER DAY, ALSO BREAKFAST INCLUDED.

In case of no booking with us, nothing of the following will be including: (transport, sayonara, meals etc etc.),

The extended stay, room service, telephone, and other charges shall be covered by the participants themselves.

For those that will not choose the offer at this hotel, they will have to pay for the individual prices ej. Transport, meals, sayonara etc.etc.

FROM DEADLINE FOR HOTEL RESERVATION. WE CANNOT GARANTY THE POSIBILITY OF PLACE AT HOTEL AS OUR CITY HAS MANY IMPORTANT EVENTS  SO THE ORGANIZING COMMITTEE WILL HAVE NOT RESPONSABILITIES TO ACCOMMODATE ANY DELEGATIONS WICH IS LATE TO BOOK AS IT IS STATED ABOVE.

 

 

EACH NATIONAL TEAM MAY BE COMPOSED OF:

1. - One Country Representative

2.- The coach.

3. - Two fighters per each category (according to EKKO rules).

4. - One Official ( Ref. or Judge obligatory).
